I’ll be honest with you…
I can tell you where you should get your best friend’s next birthday cake, which coffee shops are great for meetings (ahmm, have the best pastries), and the fastest route to the doughnut shop depending what sweat session you’re coming from. But, after competing in marathons, Ironman triathlons and years of fitness training I’ve learned a thing or two about what to eat. I love a good chat with some of my favourite nutrition and fuel experts and I’m all about long term lifestyle changes not short term diets.
